Ordered the wrong model, or need a faster computer? Exchanges are easy, and we’ll apply the total purchase price to another computer within 30 days of purchase. We just need to receive it back in the same condition we sent it, including all accessories, within five calendar days of receiving an RMA approval.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase, twice as long as Apple!
If you like to initiate a return, contact us to get an RMA started (Return Merchandise Authorization). For the return to be covered, the RMA needs to be initiated and the unit shipped within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase or within five calendar days from issuing the RMA number, whichever comes first.
In order to offer the lowest prices, we have to assess a restocking fee of 5 to 10% based on the situation and condition. The restocking fee is waived if the refund is based on a warranty issue.
Please note that expedited shipping fees are not refundable. If the product is returned due to preference, return shipping fees are due to the recipient. Carrying pouches are unfortunately not returnable as they are made out of fabric. Please include all accessories, as we will only refund items returned to us.
Our refunds are fast; we typically issue the refund back to the original funding source within two business days after the product was received back. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws.
Products received back WITHIN 15 days of the original invoice date will receive a refund minus any applicable restocking fees (as noted above) of the invoiced purchase price.
Products received complete AFTER 15 days, but WITHIN 30 days of the original invoice date, will receive the lesser of either the current selling price on the day the item is received back or the original price as noted on the invoice.
To cancel an order with us, please call us on the day of purchase during office hours, as most of our products ship the same day.
Please note that any order paid via PayPal incurs a 3% cancellation fee, as those providers do not refund their fees. Orders that have already been picked up by the carrier cannot be canceled; they must be processed as a return.
Cancellation requests can only be arranged during regular business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Cancellation requests via chat, email, or voicemail are unfortunately not possible.
Macs4U shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These causes shall include, without limitation, acts of God, acts or omissions of Buyer or any third party, delays in transportation, or inability to obtain necessary labor, materials, or supplies.
