Ordered the wrong model or need a faster computer? Exchanges are easy and we’ll apply the full purchase price to another computer within 30 days of purchase. We just need to receive it back in the same condition we sent it, including all accessories. 

If its a return for refund, please give us a call so we can get an RMA started (Return Merchandise Authorization). An RMA needs to be initiated within the first 30 days after item was received. We’ll issue the refund back to original funding source within 2 business days.

In order to offer the lowest prices we have have to assess a restocking fee of up to 10% based on the situation and condition. Most returns are well below the 10% as we keep the fees close to our costs. If the refund is based on a warranty issue, the restocking fee is waived. 

Please note that expedited shipping fees are NOT refundable. Carrying pouches are unfortunately not returnable as they are made out of fabric. We will only refund items returned to us.

Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Once an RMA is issued for return, the product needs to be on its way back to us within a 10 day period.


To cancel an order with us, please call us on the day of purchase during office hours as most of our products ship the same day. Cancellation requests can only be arranged during our regular business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Cancellation requests via chat, email or voicemail are unfortunately not possible.

If the order is already shipped, please contact us to initiate the return process.

MISCELLANEOUS: shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These causes shall include, without limitation, acts of God, acts or omissions of Buyer or any third party, delays in transportation or inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or supplies.
