We hope you never have a problem with your computer. After all, we go through our thorough 36-point inspection and re-certification process to ensure your product performs excellently for many years to come, but if something is not right, we make sure to get it taken care of quickly and painlessly.
Contact us via chat, phone, or email, and an Apple-certified support technician will assess your issue and, if needed, get the computer repaired and returned to you.
We are big on service and will make your repair quick and painless.
What we cover:
Our warranty is a hardware warranty and covers every component of the computer, including the AC charger, to work as designed and are protected against mechanical and electrical failures. Simple as that!
Our warranty services are available in the United States. In addition, free shipping is available in the continental US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
What is not covered:
We do not cover any damage that may have occurred due to a liquid spill, accidental damage, installation of Malware or corrupting software, customer abuse, neglect, or power surges. We also don't cover damage resulting in tampering with the serial number, warranty seal(s), installation, or services from any entity other than Macs4u.com. That includes household pets biting and thus destroying any cords. Damage due to 3rd party accessories or aftermarket power adapters is also not covered. We only recommend accessories supplied by Macs4U and original Apple peripherals.
We do not cover any software or the loss of any data, loss of productivity, or anticipated business.

Some products may include the original Limited Warranty or an existing extended AppleCare or AppleCare+ warranty. In this case, if you experience an issue, you have the choice to take advantage of that warranty as well. No registration is required to use Apple warranty services. Both warranties are running concurrently, so you can choose the one that is more convenient for you!

At a certain point, Apple declares its products to be vintage.
This is an obsolete product status, meaning Apple's replacement parts are no longer available. However, we occasionally offer vintage products because they are essential for our customers to maintain compatibility with specific hardware, peripherals, and software. For vintage products, Macs4u.com applies the same thorough 36-point inspection and re-certification process to make sure your product performs great and back it up with our limited 3-month vintage product warranty for these units. Contact us via chat, phone, or email, and an Apple-certified support technician will assess your issue and, if needed, get the computer repaired and returned to you. We are big on service and will make your repair quick and painless.
What we cover:
Our hardware warranty covers the computer, including the AC charger, to work as designed and is protected against mechanical and electrical failures. In addition, parts may be replaced with components of similar cosmetics and specifications (example: matte vs. glossy screen). Our warranty services are available in the United States. If your computer is not covered, we offer a no-charge diagnostic and provide you with a very competitive estimate. We even offer courtesy data transfers!**
**Some diagnostics tests or intermittent issues may require longer in-house time. Our 24-hour time is based on workdays from the time of receipt. Data transfer is not guaranteed, subject to storage issues, software corruption, and security encryption.
