Product Warranty

We’ve got you covered!

All reconditioned Macs are fully tested, 100% working and carry a full 1 year exclusive hardware warranty, valid from the day of shipment. 
Some computers may carry the original factory warranty and/or existing extended AppleCare warranty. In this case, if you experience an issue you have the choice to take advantage of that warranty as well. No registration is required to use Apple warranty services. also offers extended 2 year hardware warranties. These extended warranties can be purchased within the first 60 days of original purchase. What we cover:

Our warranty is a hardware warranty and covers every component of the computer including the AC charger to work as designed and are covered against mechanical and electrical failures. Simple as that!

What we do not cover:

We do not cover any damage that may have occurred due to a liquid spill, accidental damage, installation of Malware or corrupting software, customer abuse and neglect, power surges, tampering with the serial number or the warranty seal(s) or from installation or servicing from any other entity than That includes household pets biting and thus destroying any cords.
We do not cover any software or the loss of any data, loss of productivity or anticipated business. 
Any accessories added free are not subject to replacement or repair (except if not working out of box).

Sometimes things break. We make the repair process simple and painless.

If you are within our exclusive 1 year warranty or our extended 2 year warranty plan:

Please give us a call, send us an email or contact us via chat function. One of our certified technicians will start with a quick remote support session. If the computer needs to be send in for repair, we will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), instructions and a pre-paid shipping label (except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Once we receive your computer we will repair/replace the computer and send it back to you normally within 24 hours. We will be in touch to inform you of the repair status and also add an additional 30 days warranty to your unit just for peace of mind. 

If the computer is out of warranty:

If your computer is not covered we offer a no-charge diagnostic and provide your with a very competitive estimate. We even offer courtesy data transfers! 


We want you to be happy with your purchase!

Ordered the wrong model or need a faster computer? Exchanges are easy and we’ll apply the full purchase price to another computer within 30 days of purchase. We just need to receive it back in the same condition we sent it, including all accessories.

If its a return for refund, please give us a call so we can get an RMA started (Return Merchandise Authorization). An RMA needs to be initiated within the first 30 days after item was received. We’ll issue the refund back to original funding source within 2 business days.

In order to offer the lowest prices we have have to assess a restocking fee of up to 10% based on the situation and condition. Most returns are well below the 10% as we keep the fees close to our costs. If the refund is based on a warranty issue, the restocking fee is waived. 

Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Once an RMA is issued for return, the product needs to be on its way back to us within a 10 day period.


To cancel an order with us, please call us on the day of purchase during office hours as most of our products ship the same day. Cancellation requests can only be arranged during our regular business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Cancellation requests via chat, email or voicemail are unfortunately not possible. If it’s already shipped, please contact us to initiate the return process.

MISCELLANEOUS: shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These causes shall include, without limitation, acts of God, acts or omissions of Buyer or any third party, delays in transportation or inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or supplies.
